Sports mouth guards

For the active people in your family, we have a variety of styles to choose from for either upper or lower mouthguards. They come in all the team colours, plus there are some fun ones such as tie-dye, polka dot and sparkles. They take only a day for us to make in our lab.

Same-day repairs

Dropped your denture and cracked it? Or have you lost a tooth off of it? We can usually repair that within a couple of hours.

OUR DENTURISTS

Denturist

Christine L. Reekie

Christine graduated as a Denturist in 1992 with Honours, and after working in Barrie and Collingwood for three years, returned home to Parry Sound to establish her practice here. She served for three years on the Executive Committee for the Denturist Association and has regularly been asked to adjudicate the work of graduating students from George Brown College.

Christine has taken extensive courses on implants and works closely with the dentists in Parry Sound to provide her patients with implant-retained dentures on-site.

In 2015 Christine opened a second clinic located in Barrie. She now toggles between the Parry Sound office and the Barrie office.

Christine lives just outside of Parry Sound with her husband and three children.

Denturist

Nichole Howes

Nichole Harrington obtained an undergraduate Arts and Science Degree from Lakehead University, specializing in Environmental Science in 2012. She later graduated from George Brown College's Denturism program with honours in 2015. Nichole is a member of the Denturist Association of Ontario as well as the Denturist Association of Canada.

With dentures being largely a work of art, Nichole's artistic ability and background allows her to create naturally beautiful smiles that ensure her patients leave the clinic feeling their best.

Denturist

Ted (Tae Joon) Kim

Ted obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culture Content at Han-Yang University in Seoul, South Korea in 2014. He switched his career goals and in 2018 he graduated from the Denturism program at George Brown College. Ted practiced in Toronto for a year before joining the Reekie Denture Clinic team in 2019.

Ted is an avid soccer fan and in his spare time, he enjoys relaxing while watching a game.

Denturist

Dalton Edington

Dalton is our newest and youngest denturist to join our team. Graduating in spring 2022. Dalton has been around the dental field his whole life and is excited for his new chapter in life

When not working, Dalton splits his time between Barrie and Parry Sound.

Denturist

Brianne Chaloner

Brianne Chaloner graduated with honours from Georgian College's Medical Office Administration program in 2014. She later achieved an advanced Diploma, with honours, in the Denturism program at Georgian College in 2020 and became a registered denturist in 2021.

In her spare time, Brianne enjoys spending her time with friends and family.

Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper

Wendy

After several years in Optometry, Wendy joined Reekie Denture Clinic as an office administrator and has been working with us for over 20 years.

Lab Manager

Alishia

Alishia spends her time working in our on-site lab. She enjoys the wide variety of duties this position provides and is a true pleasure to have in the office.
